I started my active business life in Istanbul in 1994. Ever since, every venture I undertook I saw through to completion — handed the keys to the owner personally, and stood behind my work. That is the rule of my latest venture, my Real Estate Marketing Office, and it is mine.
In 2008 I founded Avla Doğa Mimarları. Since that day I have built roads, fields, gardens; I led the infrastructure works of Istanbul's largest projects. Since 2022 I have been actively practicing Real Estate Investment Advisory.
Like every job I do, I make expertise the foundation. The projects I recommend to you in Greece are the result of deep research and informed scrutiny — current and future value, location, and developer character all examined in depth.

Golden Visa eligibility is determined apartment by apartment, confirmed by an independent Greek lawyer.

We are now following the sales process step by step. Title deed, bank, Golden Visa application… At every stage he tells us in advance what will happen.
